Pain Management Physician (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Revive Orthopedics Spine & Sports Medicine
Revive Orthopedics is seeking a Pain Management Physician to join our growing outpatient practice. We offer a collaborative, patient-centered environment with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat acute and chronic pain conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Perform interventional pain procedures (in our ASC)
  • Perform EMG and other back office procedures
  • Provide medication management and patient education
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Qualifications:
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Management or related specialty
  • Active medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license (or eligibility)
